Our Story

Founded in 2019 by Emmanuel Lambelin, 

Purpose Catering accumulates over 30 years experience in hospitality together with french style flair to create a catering company with heart and soul.

The roots of Purpose Catering come from a provincial farm on the outskirts of Lille. Here Emmanuel was raised with traditional country French cooking. In 1990 Emmanuel received his masters degree in hotel management and spend the next 10 years working on cruise ships, Michelin starred restaurants and even as a Butler to the Queen

At Purpose Catering our dedicated team have been hand picked by Emmanuel. Inspired menus designed by our Head Chef can be modified to suit every palette and an excellent selection of wines are curated by wine consultant David Chatain.
